FIT launch for new certification scheme

UKAS accredited testing specialist WINTECH TESTING will once again be taking a stand at the FIT Show to support the launch of its new WinMark certification scheme.

Technical Director Mike Wass explained: “It’s great to have something brand new to talk about at FIT 2016 with the launch of WinMark, our own Enhanced Security Certification schemes, but we will also be reminding visitors about the wide range of tests we offer at our dedicated laboratory. We take it for granted because we do it every day, but existing and prospective customers tell us they like to see precisely what their products are put through in the various tests we offer. It’s one of the reasons we have had over 13,000 views on our YouTube channel, 1wintechengineering. We’ll be showing examples of our tests on our stand at FIT and our expert team will be on hand to answer any queries manufacturers might have about these tests, or our new certification scheme.

“We’ll also be taking questions about the Approved Document Q: Security and any other existing legislation visitors need clarification on. Visitors will also benefit from a special show discount – more details on that to follow.”
