The Haffner team are celebrating a very successful FIT Show, with high levels of interest shown in all products. Dave Thomas, Haffner’s Managing Director said, “If there was any doubt that confidence has returned to the industry, the FIT Show will have dispelled it. The interest we had in our machines proved that people are actively looking to invest in their businesses.”

Haffner launched the ITALMAC range of aluminium fabrication machinery at the show, with the new Onix machine on display sold at the show! Other machinery investments made included used machinery and two of the revolutionary SMR-4 welders which took the market by storm last year.

Alongside the sales, Haffner also picked up a high number of leads, with Dave reporting at least 30 firm leads per day, with especially strong interest in the SMR-4. He says, “The next few weeks will be busy as we follow up these leads, find out more about their requirements and equip them with machines that add value.”

With such a successful show under its belt, the Haffner stand is already confirmed for 2016 show. Dave says, “The FIT Show is a great opportunity to catch up with existing customers and make connections with new ones. It’s also an ideal place to understand more about how the industry is faring. There’s undoubtedly been an upturn in fortunes since last year’s show and it was exciting to feel the buzz in the hall. We’re already looking forward to the 2016 show!”
