Software Support Technician

To be responsible for the continued development of First Degree Systems Window Designer software, including the maintenance and validation of manufacturing data.

Experience with building structures, particularly conservatory roofs, would be an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, enthusiastic and able to work with a minimum of supervision. Good communication skills are essential for regular customer set-ups, support and training.

Salary: negotiable and dependant upon experience.
