Leads2trade launch buyer guides

To help the increasing number of installers that are joining Leads2trade’s Trusted Local Supplier network convert more sales, the company has launched its official ‘buyers guide’.

The company generate leads via an online network of over 800 Trusted Local Supplier websites, where homeowners register their interest in obtaining quotes for home improvement products.

The leads2trade in-house call centre then double qualify the leads and send them out real time to Trusted Local Supplier members, using a variety of methods including the recent addition of live “hot key” transfer of the lead.

Leads2trade members can buy leads for homeowners looking to buy windows and doors, renewable energy products, new boiler and heating; and insulation products.

The new buyers guides are glossy brochures that cover all of the above sectors and give homeowners impartial information on each of them; containing details on what to look for when buying from an installer; what impact products will have on their home and information about the sector.

Andy Royle, Director at Leasd2trade comments: “By becoming a Trusted Local Supplier, in stallers get access to a whole host of benefits that include double-qualified sales leads transferred to them in real time via email and SMS, in their chosen postcode area.

“Members also get access to a number of other benefits such as finance options, marketing support, and an appointment booking service. The new buyer’s guides are just another benefit for our members and will give them another tool they can use to help close the sale and share information and knowledge with their potential customers.”

Another recent development at the company is that leads can now be ‘Telephone hot key’ transferred directly from the call centre to members, whilst the consumer is still on the phone.

Andy says this facility has proven very popular with members as it ensures the leads are ‘red-hot’ as the consumer has only minutes before clicked and submitted their on-line enquiry, before it is sent to the member to follow up.

Leads2trade is currently generating 2000 leads on average per week; and in 2014 member’s generated £65M worth of business as a direct result of the leads provided by Leads2trade.
