Engaging the skills of the highly experienced J Banks’ hardware R&D team has resulted in a number of the industry’s leading names using the company’s extensive computer aided design and rapid prototyping facilities to quickly develop new and exciting products specifically engineered to meet the latest industry standards and emerging trends.
Bringing together the technical skills and diverse production capabilities within the J Banks group has enabled the company to provide a single point of contact for a range of services encompassing product design, prototyping, plastic injection moulding, zinc alloy pressure diecasting, multi axis machining, turned parts, presswork, finishing, complete assemblies though to final inspection and despatch.
Recent commissions have included special locks for security doors, auto locking window gear; slimline handles for narrow style profiles, concealed doorstops, cladding components and complete bi-fold door gear systems.
