Essex Trade Windows ‘Ready’
Essex Trade Windows has signed up to Solaglas’ new initiative WER Ready.
The window, door and conservatory fabricator-installer, which has been a Solaglas customer for three years, praises it as a great initiative for helping customers get Window Energy Rating (WER) accreditation and comply with new Part L Building Regulations in October.
Solaglas’s WER Ready helps fabricators and installers achieve WERs accreditation. The package includes funding towards the costs of WERs, step-by-step online support with all the required forms and templates, guidelines and key contacts for expert advice, SGG EcoClear+, and an exclusive partnership with Build Check – a BFRC independent agent.
James Bracegirdle, director says: “We knew we needed to get WERs by October and so signed up to WER Ready about six weeks ago. The process has been very straightforward and easy to follow. Solaglas has funded all the costs and helped us through the process. They provided all the necessary forms and templates and were on hand to answer any queries. We’re currently waiting for our audit to complete the process. This will put us ahead of competitors and hopefully help us win new business too.”
