One-piece keep

A new range of steel one-piece keepers is the latest addition to the Multikeeper range from Fuhr UK.

The new one-piece keeper has been designed in such a way that it can be used with any profile system currently available and is easily installed by means of a series of profile related packers. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for fabricators using more than one profile system, as it keeps stock inventory and costs low, while offering maximum flexibility, the company said.

The new keepers will be available in two formats, the first being the fully adjustable version
With integrated metal back boxes, or dust covers, the second being non adjustable on the hook, but still adjustable on the roller, to give a high quality solution at a lower price range, for fabricators who need a budget solution, so the fabricator can compete at either price level with Fuhr locks as the preferred option.

The keeper body is 30mm wide which ensures the rear screws locate securely into the profile reinforcing, while the profile rated packers provide very accurate location of the keeper onto profile via locating lugs into the top plate, together with snug fitting design around the perimeter of the keeper area.
