Three appointments

Former Phoenix Doors Sales Director Haydon Statham has joined VISTA as National Sales Manager in one of three appointments announced by the Merseyside door manufacturer.

Also joining the team are Anne Williams, who comes from Jaguar Land Rover, to become HR Manager and Liam Barnes, also from the automotive industry, who becomes Quality Manager.

Haydon Statham said of his appointment: “I am really excited by the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer like Vista, their focus on quality and service was a huge pull for me. I was also really struck by the enthusiasm of all their staff, and the positive energy that’s found in the factory. It’s an exciting time at Vista!”

Anne Williams added: “We need long-term staff that we can invest in and train up to be the next generation of talented personnel. Our employees are important to us and they are integral to the continuing growth and success of Vista.”

Liam’s duties will include managing Vista’s ISO 9001:2008 quality management, ISO 14001:2004 environmental management and OHSAS 18001:2007 health and safety management accreditations.

Managing director Keith Sadler concluded. “All three appointments are incredibly talented and bring a wealth of experience to the business, with Haydon bringing a new insight to the industry and both Anne and Liam providing a fresh approach to the challenges of a leading door manufacturer.”
