Berkeley Homes have appointed English Architectural Glazing as specialist facade contractor to provide a mixture of Schuco high performance curtain walling, window, and door systems together with bespoke crackle glazed
terracotta cladding, to complement this multi million pound new build residential development.

Abell House will comprise a variety of one, two and three bed apartments, duplexes and penthouses, carefully designed to complement its high profile location. Situated within a sought after area for prime real estate in central London, it is within easy walking distance of the River Thames, the renowned
Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey, the Palace of Westminster, Downing Street and St James’s Park.
