The latest commercial project for frameXpress is further strengthening the company’s corporate position within the sector. The window, door and conservatory fabricator, was contracted recently to supply all windows and doors for a high specification regeneration project in Essex.

The project valued in excess of £50,000 required excellent soundproofing and thermal efficiency throughout a new block of apartments in the Bradgate area.

All six floors required the latest energy efficient products to provide thermal insulation and easy maintenance. 200 casement windows were supplied along with a variety of both single and French doors from the frameXpress range.

Additionally the company supplied a keypad operated aluminium entrance door and secondary glazed windows to meet the stringent noise reduction requirements for the project. With security being of paramount importance, the specification included the latest Secured By Design products from frameXpress.

Industry accreditations including BS7950 : 1997 certification on casement and tilt and turn windows as well as the Secured By Design standards ensure that frameXpress’ customers have added advantages in respect of all sized projects.
