Refining systems for product range

APEER says it is refining its pricing and ordering systems for its radical new Lumi window and door system following an ‘overwhelming’ response to its launch at Grand Designs Live last month.
Marketing Manager Linda Tomb said: “We have developed an at-a-glance pricing structure where each window and price and spec is clearly presented, enabling retailers to give customers a fully fitted quote which can later go on to be converted to an order.”
Lumi, said to have been two and a half years in development at a cost of nearly £1million, is a structurally bonded, frameless triple-glazed range of frameless windows, doors, entrance glazing, French doors as well as a bi-fold door system.
Apeer has built a training ‘house’ at its Ballymena factory where it can offer fitters hands-on experience of installation. The facility can also be used as a showroom for customers and potential buyers so they can see the Lumi range for themselves.
