Advantage offers protection guarantee on doors

Advantage Trade Supplies Ltd, one of the UK’s largest PVC fabricators, has recently introduced a security guarantee scheme in partnership with their door lock supplier Millenco Hardware.

The protection guarantee allows installers to offer their customers an additional level of support and provides peace of mind for the homeowner.

The scheme is very easy to use; upon completion of the installation the home owner returns the registration form, confirming that the door has been fitted properly and is in good working order. This is then received at Millenco where the guarantee scheme is managed.

In the unlikely event of a home owner suffering a break-in through a Millenco protected door, where their hardware has failed during a forced entry, then subject to Millenco's own investigation, they will then pay the sum of £500 to the home owner and a further £500 to the installation company.

Both the homeowner and the installer can be sure that they are dealing with a company that are so confident of the performance of their product, that if it fails Millenco will provide enough funds to replace the door or any uninsured losses to the value of the scheme payout.

Installers know that in such case, the money to replace the door is guaranteed and they will not be out of pocket. They can replace the door immediately, offering rapid response and good service to their clients.
