The PROMAC GROUP has added a new Sash Centraliser, which is said to allow one operator to hang a single door in three minutes or a double in six.

Joe Hague, Managing Director, said: “This is one of those understated machines that can have an incredible impact on operation.

“You could have four guys manufacturing 160 doors in a single shift from corner cleaning through to beading. And it also delivers a significant increase in product quality because it ensures perfect alignment of every element of the door from frame, to hinges and locking mechanisms.”

Manufactured in the UK, the Sash Centraliser also reduces the footprint taken up by the door hanging process. Promac can also help fabricators review their door manufacturing process, to identify any bottlenecks as part of its installation service.

The addition of the Sash Centraliser is the second new product offering brought into Promac’s range following the launch earlier this month of the The GoldGlass Automatic Door and Glass Painting Machine.
