Composite system chosenfor two garden rooms

Prefix Systems has carried out another installation for Opus, its composite window, door and roof system, which involved the design and installation of windows and doors into two garden room extensions in West Yorkshire.

Opus offers aluminium to the outside with hardwood timber to the inside. This latest project was carried out in a period-inspired Chartwell Green and involved two large gable end windows, casement windows and two sets of French doors.

Additional structural strength was added to both Garden Room installations, one to the side and the other to the rear elevation, due to the project size and weight of the roof.
