Since starting in 1988, as a small family run business masterframe has grown steadily; being focused on just one product, sash windows. As Head of Production, you’ll report to the board of directors and be responsible for the full activities of the factory, setting and delivering daily targets, improving efficiencies and ensuring our products are ready for dispatch, in line with our client’s expectations.

Having recently secured major new clients, we are due to take delivery of 3 new welders so the ability get it right first time and to maximise work flow is a top priority. Two schirmer machining centres, an in house paint plant and totally unique product portfolio means this is a challenge like no other.

To help our customers we find solutions to everyday problems which mean our windows require skilful assembly. Because of our attention to detail, our loyal long term clients are buying more high quality sash windows, so we now have a full time vacancy for someone to head up our production department.
