Flat-pack base system for FIT launch

LEKA SYSTEMS will be using the FIT Show to unveil its latest innovation, the Xi Conservatory Base System, a modular extension that the company says can be constructed in three to five days.

The system is constructed using a Leka base, walls and roof system, with three- or four-sided options, so it can be used for home extensions or standalone garden rooms. There is a choice of finishes and options for dwarf walls, full walls or defined heights. There are internal partition options if a subdivided space is needed.

The system is flat-pack so it is also suited to sites with access restrictions There is minimal groundwork required and installation typically takes three to five days, including fitting of the base, walls and roof system.
