The Bury St Edmunds company underwent a thorough vetting process from Trading Standards and online directory Checkatrade to demonstrate its credentials in a number of crucial fields. The two organisations are collaborating on a scheme that will help consumers find traders they can trust and rely on throughout Suffolk.

Frames Conservatories Direct joined the installer support organisation in 2013and has since been recognised with the Network Veka Award for Best Newcomer and Overall Winner in the two years since.

Adrian Lewis, Managing Director of Frames Conservatories Direct said: “Our Trading Standards Approval shows customers that we are financially stable, appropriately insured, and have all the necessary accreditations and qualifications to deliver an impeccable and dependable service.

“The assessment was rigorous, but – as it shares so many of the criteria integral to our Network membership – I’m proud to say we took it in our stride.”
