'Backing up' the message

Award-winning Network Veka member, Rugby Double Glazing is continuing to make good use of the organisation's branding to attract and reassure customers.

Director Simon Wade explains: “We have been a member of Network VEKA since 2011, and it has made a big difference to us and our customers. We have thrown ourselves almost entirely into the Network VEKA ethos, and it has certainly paid off, so we try to use all the benefits that we can. From our showroom based on Network Veka branding - to professional brochures and images, customers of Rugby Double Glazing can see immediately that they are in safe hands.

“We've now utilised the Network Veka Marketing Portal to update the livery on our vans. The portal allows members to personalise brochures, poster and adverts etc and also offers items like vehicle graphics. We appreciated the fact that these van backs were offered as a subsidised service so we took the opportunity to update all four of our vans. By sending Network Veka a picture of the finished vans, we'll be rewarded with £100 back.

“The graphics have smartened up the vehicles and clearly show our contact details, the Steve Davis imagery and the Network Veka logo which reflects our professionalism. We've found that it's a great talking point as people stop to ask our fitters why we have a picture of Steve Davis! It gives us a chance to explain more about Network Veka and why Steve is happy to act as Brand Ambassador for the organisation.

“The van livery also set us apart from all the double glazing companies with poorly designed vehicles, which gives us a distinct advantage thanks to our professional, corporate image.

“We'll be driving home the Network Veka message of quality and service throughout Rugby and the wider area!”
