High security door hinge saves time and money

The Trojan Group has recently launched its Patriot Plus High Security Door Hinge. Part of a series of products designed to help fabricators and installers with the cash flow in their business, the hinge promises to revolutionise hinge fitting. Tony Chadwick, Trojan’s Group Managing Director explains, “The Patriot Plus is supplied pre-assembled and ready to fit, dramatically speeding up the fitting process and saving time and money.”

Other features that help speed up the fitting process includes adjustment that is easy, accurate and independent in all three planes. Fitting a hinge perfectly can be a time-consuming and fiddly process, but the Patriot Plus makes it easy. It has a patented anti-lift feature that increases overall security, something that helps to ensure that the product achieves PAS 24 accreditation when fitted as part of a door assembly. It has also has been independently tested to EN1191 and corrosion tested to Grade 4. It also has PAS24 accreditation as part of a door assembly and comes with a 10 year guarantee against mechanical failure.
