A NEW SUIT OF ARMOUR

Kömmerling have recently added Coventry-based Armour Windows to their expanding UK network of window and door manufacturers, as they continue to gain market share with their highly energy efficient, 5 chambered systems.

Armour Windows may well be relatively new when it comes to manufacturing, but within the business are a number of key personnel with considerable experience within the industry, at both manufacturing and installation levels. The team have been installing windows and doors for over 10 years, but felt that by manufacturing they would have greater flexibility and control over the finished product. Operating across the Midlands, the company is now manufacturing the Kömmerling ovolo O70 Gold® window and door system, alongside the PremiLine patio door and bi-folding door.

For Armour Windows, the hands on expertise of Kömmerling’s area sales manager, John England, the wide variety of foils from stock including single lengths and the premium quality and heritage of the brand were the key reasons to introduce Kömmerling into the business. The company has already started to offer triple glazed windows within their range and there’s also a 24-hour fast track facility for urgent orders, to support the local installer market.
