Re-defining the Indian commercial office landscape
21st October 2014

Friction-stay manufacturer and hardware supplier Cotswold Architectural products has played its part in re-defining the commercial office landscape in India, with its latest overseas development.

Cotswold manufactured and supplied a large quantity of its HD 22 SB and HD A 16-2.mm friction stays for the construction of three new high-rise corporate office towers, in one of the most sought after suburbs in New Delhi.
The building is 1.8m sq. ft. in total and represents a completely new approach to commercial office space in India. The project has been dubbed ‘an iconic office development that re-interprets the typical Indian office layout.”

Luz Seminario, who heads up Cotswold’s international team, comments: “This is a special project in India – it represents how the country is radically changing as it becomes a world superpower. When complete it will be prime real estate.
“For Cotswold, it demonstrates once again the quality of our products and how we are the go to company for pioneering international projects.”

The architects and developers for the project have come on record as saying they selected Cotswold for the project because of the company’s unrivalled variety of heavy duty hardware options; allowing those developing the project to accommodate for small size shutters and windows and larger ones.
