Welsh window company reframes its brand
21st October 2014

A leading South Wales home improvement company is expanding and rebranding as it marks two decades in business. Securahome, which specialises in doors, windows, conservatories, orangeries and roofline has also invested in new fleet as part of the investment.

MD Jason Jenkins explained that the brand refresh came in recognition of the changed nature of the work.

“Over our two decades in business, Securahome has evolved from straight-forward window installations to more complex projects such as building single storey extensions, orangeries and garden rooms,” he said.

“While we still install replacement windows and doors, the new branding reflects that new set of skills and products.”

Securahome, which opened its second showroom in Bridgend last autumn has carved a niche with its ability to carry out multi-skilled, larger and more complex projects.

The wide range of home improvement projects it is able to carry out has resulted in a recruitment drive, with the company now looking to expand its fitting teams.

“After a tricky time for the sector, we are seeing an upturn in business, add to that the wide range of projects we can carry out, and we are looking forward to a period of growth for Securahome,” Jason added. “We’ve built up a range of tradespeople within the business, but we will be adding more people in coming months.”

The new branding has already been turning heads with the brightly-coloured vans hitting the roads of South Wales, and having a maiden outing to a DIY SOS project in Swansea.

“We are really pleased with the rebranding, it is a better reflection of the nature of the work we carry out now,” Jason said. “While we are expanding, we are still focused on quality as our number one priority and that continues to serve us and our customers well.”

PIC CAP Driving forward: South Wales home improvement company Securahome is looking forward to a period of growth.
