Dedicate team for Ireland

EMMEGI (UK) is responding to growing activity in the Irish fenestration market with the appointment of a dedicated team to look after customers both in the South and the North of the island. Jim O’Connell has joined as National Sales Manager for Ireland and Lukasz Szulc has joined as a Senior Engineer.

Managing Director Ian Latimer said: “Jim and Lukasz join us at a time when we are seeing lots more positive activity in Ireland from both new and existing customers. The market is certainly starting to improve and we have responded to that by putting in place our own dedicated Emmegi team who can take care of the whole machine buying and installation process right through from initial enquiry to after sales service.

“Irish customers can now deal direct with the manufacturer rather than with a reseller, and benefit from our technical expertise, market and machinery knowledge and of course competitive pricing structure.”

Both Jim and Lukasz have extensive experience across the machinery sector and are very familiar with the Emmegi range. Jim is focused exclusively on sales of Emmegi machines but, because of his working and technical knowledge, Lukasz is also supporting customers with servicing of other types of machinery alongside Emmegi.

Jim l is a familiar figure in the Irish window market. Over the past 23 years, he has worked in machinery supply, aluminium fabrication and in hardware sales, while Lucasz is a graduate electrical and software engineer.
