1st Class Windows celebrates first class sales results
21st February 2012

Deceuninck fabricator 1st Class Windows, Doors & Conservatories in Wolverhampton is celebrating astonishing sales growth. Last year, sales grew 40% and January’s sales figures were up 60% year on year. Adrian Bhella, the company’s Managing Director, said, “We’ve worked very hard to get these figures and every member of the team can be proud of what we have achieved.”

As well as praising his team’s efforts, Adrian sees another reason for his company seeing such phenomenal growth in these tough times: becoming a Deceuninck fabricator in March last year. The company manufactures the 2800 decorative series which it selected because of its elegant, fully sculptured aesthetics and superior overall quality. The decision has clearly paid off: the profile’s aesthetics combined with its quality and 1st Class’s competitive pricing have contributed to the company winning a lot of new trade business.

But Adrian believes that Deceuninck contribution goes beyond the quality of the product. “Deceuninck is our systems supplier, so they are part of our team – and they more than pull their weight,” he explains. He adds, “The product is excellent, and so is the service. The people at Deceuninck are friendly and professional. They really go the extra mile to make a difference to our business and it’s something that sets them apart from other systems houses.”

The company values its customer support, something that’s reflected in its recent Certass certification and Adrian is delighted to have found a systems supplier that shows the same commitment. He concludes, “I can’t stress highly enough what a successful partnership this is turning out to be.” And with sales figures showing no signs of slowing down, it’s a partnership that looks set to continue for years to come!

1st Class Windows, Doors & Conservatories currently manufactures 150 windows a week from its Wolverhampton headquarters and supplies customers throughout the UK.
