Commercial installer THE WINDOW COMPANY (CONTRACTS) has gained LHC listings, on the Home Counties, London and East Anglia frameworks for PVC-U and on the South East England framework for timber.

The appointment comes at the end of a tender process lasting around six months, led by newly appointed Commercial Director Mark Crane, who made the switch from client to sub-contractor earlier this year after a long career with Keepmoat Regeneration.

He said of the achievement: “The LHC Frameworks obviously give us access to key public sector clients and in return provide those clients with fast track procurement and transparent rates. We’re very proud to have been appointed, and are looking forward to building strong and efficient working relationships.

“Within the Framework Agreements, we can guarantee the highest standards in installation thanks to our BSI Kitemark and in health and safety thanks to our Gold award in the GGF GLASS Charter merit scheme.”
