Trade fabricator Emplas has launched a new high specification triple-glazed, energy efficient, composite door offer.
Available in three solid styles, 16 glazed-units, four side panels and four stable doors, triple glazed units are offered as standard in all glazed options, all of which are issued with a complete set of data on door set U-values.
The launch of its new composite door range follows a six figure investment by the Northamptonshire fabricator, part of a wider programme of investment, designed to secure long term growth for the company and its customers.
Kevin Johnson, managing director, Emplas, said: “We all know it’s tough out there and see continued investment as critical in securing not only our future but that of our customers.
“We clearly aren’t going to be the first window fabricator to enter the composite door market but we can be the best.”
“On this basis we continue to see quality and a high standard of specification as critical in securing sales but also ensuring a trouble free installation – people simply don’t want call backs in this economic climate.”
Available in as little as 15 days, the Emplas composite door offer comes with a 10 year guarantee and is also available in multiple threshold options.
It is also includes a choice of eight finishes including black, red, blue green, white, golden oak, rosewood and mahoghany. Hardware includes the premium Fab & Fix Balmoral lever, available in white, gold, black, chrome and satin.
Figures for the composite door market provide one of the few positive areas for the window and door industry with composite door volumes forecast to grow to 664,000 units by 2014.
Johnson concluded: “If you look on a map, Northamptonshire couldn’t be any more centrally located. It works for us as a supplier of windows and we believe it will also work for us as a manufacturer of composite doors.”
“We’re well located, we’re close to our customers, and we are committed to giving them a service that matches the quality of the product that we manufacture.”
