Safestyle enjoys cost saving benefits
Leading manufacturer and installer of high quality PVC double glazed windows, Safestyle UK, is enjoying the cost saving benefits of its investment in 13 Lobo Systems by announcing the kits have saved the company more than £80,000 in scaffolding costs over a 10-week period.
A work platform that can be configured to meet any access application, Lobo is put together without any tools and its unique, patented clamp provides a safe and secure working facility up to a maximum height of 10m. Personnel can reconfigure the system, adapting it from one project to another, with ease.
“We have been extremely impressed with the flexibility, quality and versatility of Lobo. In a very short period of time it has proved to be a perfect investment for the company,” said Steve Birmingham, Safestyle UK managing director.
“Prior to purchasing Lobo we sub contracted all our work to scaffold firms with our spend spiraling in to 100’s of thousands of pounds. Now we are making considerable cost savings all thanks to Lobo,” he added. “Cutting our scaffolding spend from £122,000 to £41,000 within the 10 week period, that’s a £81,000 saving!”
By fitting wheels, Lobo can be moved around a site and it can be assembled, taken down and reassembled quickly. It is easy to flat-pack and transport. The equipment is made in the UK and is available in various kit forms or, to meet specific applications, Lobo engineers will design a bespoke system. One of its benefits is that extending kits can be purchased to accommodate changing needs.
