Tiled roof system manufacturer SupaLite has announced that founder and MD David Watters is to become Group Chairman, while Operations Director Steve Hacking succeeds him as MD.

David Watters said: “These staff changes will ensure we have the right people in the right roles as we continue to scale-up and as demand for our systems reaches an all-time high. Steve has been my right-hand man for many years and his hard-work, dedication and experience makes him the perfect candidate to lead this great team and ultimately take SupaLite forward.”

In addition, Production Director Mick Stewart is promoted to the role of Supply Chain Director. Alan Watters remains in his role as Technical Director but will also assume greater responsibility as he takes over day-to-day management of roof production.

Also, Luke Carter takes over as Technical Manager, Cassie Watters becoming Sales and Marketing Manager and Dean Newsham succeeds Luke as Quotes and Processing Manager.
