AGC GLASS has appointed Ifty Saeed to the new position of International Buildings Projects Manager, where he will focus on generating specifications for AGC products with liaison with architects, designers, contractors and curtain wall façade installers, while building brand awareness of AGC within the UK specification arena.

Drawing on over 10 years specification experience with major UK building materials manufacturers, Ifty’s main priority is to expand AGC’s traditional route to market. He will work with specifiers, predominantly in and around London, to develop new opportunities for AGC glass processors.

Ifty said of his appointment: “I see my new role as a fantastic opportunity to grow the AGC brand within the specification sector. Thanks to AGC’s extensive product portfolio, there are so many possibilities to create demand for glass in a constantly evolving and innovative architectural market.”
