Client:
Conservatory Outlet is a fast growing, dynamic company supplying window, door and conservatory products through its network of high calibre dealers, across the UK. The brand is synonymous with the success enjoyed by customers, staff and suppliers alike. Role:
To strategically grow the dealer network and its sales and thereby the businesses own success. To effectively communicate the business case for joining the Conservatory Outlet family this will entail a wide knowledge of business from sales and marketing to operations and finance within SME's. Although not a specialist in all of these areas, candidates need to know enough to act in a consultative capacity being good at seeking out problems and barriers to development and instigating and enabling solutions. Working throughout the UK the successful candidate will also participate in the business as a senior member of the team at board level.

Candidates:
A professional Manager with a demonstrable record of personal sales success
Knowledgeable of the Home Improvement market and success factors within it
Entrepreneurial, motivational and ambitious

Target driven, organised, customer focussed and a problem solver
Structured and able to set a fast pace, a skilled prospector with drive
Honest open and with ‘presence’

Knowledge of the window market would be an advantage but just as important as the appropriate sales/market skills

Remuneration package:
Attractive, negotiable basic together with a targeted bonus incentive and associated benefits.
