Marketing Assistant, Clodagh Sexton works closely with Craig Johnson and Mark Holloway in the sales and marketing team, Clodagh works on behalf of customers to identify and contact installers and builders local to the customer:
“If a customer asks us for help in selling supply-only windows, we will start by putting together a prospect database of builders from our own information as well as any local names the customer might provide. I will then call these prospects to verify the details, saying that I am from the customer and telling them we are sending them a special offer.”
A professionally produced letter and offer then goes out to the tele-cleansed list, with a fax back response mechanism, and four days later, Clodagh makes a follow up phone call on behalf of the customer.
This bespoke campaign will generate a source of high quality, warm local leads and contacts for the customer, helping them grow their business.
