Double-average colour sales push Deceuninck ‘30% up on market’

Deceuninck colour sales have now passed double the industry average, pushing the system supplier’s overall sales up 18% – or the equivalent of 30% ahead of a declining market, according to MD Rob McGlennon.

Sales of foils and colours accounted for 60% of the system supplier’s total sales in June, he said, and continued:

“All our top 20 customers are selling over 50% of their sales in colour against a market which is less than 30% colour. Many fabricators sell well below this.”

The company is now extending its stock offer to 30 colourways with 20 more available on a 15-day lead time.

He concluded: “It’s not just colour. Our flush sash is a star and we’ve added a flush door to complete the heritage flush suite.

“Commercial sales are flying too but we have more contracts than fabricators to make them.”
