An extension to Llanerch Vineyard, a hotel in a former dairy farm in South Wales includes REHAU Total70 casement windows in black brown laminate from GRM Windows.

An extension towards the back of the hotel was carried out, bringing the total number of rooms up to 37.

The casement windows achieve the British standard BS7950 and PAS 23/24 security standards and claim a significant noise reduction as the Total70 units offer 34dB sound reduction against 29dB of a standard product.

Ryan Davies, Manging Director of Llanerch Vineyard said: “The traditional style of the windows was a perfect match for the property. We liked the fit of the windows that much that we also had them installed in other sections of the property as part of an ongoing refurbishment project.

“We have received countless feedback from our guests informing of us of how great the building looks and how the new work has only extended the traditional look and feel of Llanerch.”

Rehau’s French doors were also installed in selected points across the property.
