Profit following switch

Luton based fabricator, DJL Windows is celebrating an 18% growth in the past year, following a switch to fabricating WHS Halo’s Eclipse profile system.

DJL Windows, which employs just four people, has a focus on supplying trade frame installers, switched to WHS Halo after experiencing a lack of support from their previous system supplier, despite having been a customer for 12 years.

DJL Windows sourced WHS Halo after one of its customers recommended using the market leading profile system, with its high quality finish and enviable reputation.

DJL Windows’ director Paul Keely said: “A year on from making the transition, we know we have made the right choice to use WHS Halo. We originally thought we’d be too small a customer for a major systems company, but WHS Halo made it clear that our current size was not the critical issue, it’s our approach and commitment to quality and growth that is important.”

John Hunt, WHS Halo business development manager for the south, said: “As a quality systems company, we know there are some fabricators who think they aren’t big enough to source from us. But, as DJL Windows has demonstrated, we are committed to all of our customers and we strive to be an approachable, friendly company that is happy to work with fabricators who have a professional, growth-minded approach to business.”
