Hardware hat trick

The Veka Composite Door System provides good looks combined with a range of security features. Window Glass has expanded its range of hardware with three flagship products from the Siegenia-Aubi-KFV range.

The Bristol manufacturer is now using Siegenia-Aubi-KFV’s aluminium tilt and turn, FS Portal folding sliding and PSK tilt and slide hardware in doors and windows for the domestic, commercial, retail, leisure, education and local authority markets.

According to manager, Mark Bryant, the Siegenia-Aubi-KFV products provide even more flexibility to Window Glass and its customers. He said: “We have seen increased demand for bi-fold doors in particular and Siegenia-Aubi-KFV worked with us to ensure that all their products worked with our existing profile, which meant there was no expense incurred or the need to develop additional profiles. They were really helpful and provided excellent technical support.”

The FS Portal hardware is one of the original folding sliding door hardware systems that has helped drive the growth in this sector, maximising natural light and creating open, modern living space. Its effortless sliding action allows the doors to be folded back quickly and easily and – once open – they are easy to secure.
