Acquisition completed
Arran Isle has completed its acquisition of all of the subsidiaries of Heywood Williams plc including Mila Hardware, under the terms of the agreement which was announced on 20 October.
Richard Gyde, managing director of Mila Hardware, welcomed the news and said: “With the backing of Arran Isle and with the new money it is investing in the business, the future for Mila Hardware looks very bright indeed.
“We will be pushing ahead with our planned new product launches for 2010 and investing in significant amounts of new stock to meet the anticipated demand.”
Mila Hardware has 10 new product launches planned for the first half of next year including new Prolinea Style door handles, Prolinea Style Espag handles and Letterplates.
