Final phase reached

LDG Group has  just  announced  that  its  work on  the prestigious  £100m  Lytham Quays Residential Development has entered  its final phase prior to completion.

Lancashire  Double Glazing embarked on the £1m contract to provide windows  and doors  to  all  the  properties at the development alongside conservatories  for roughly  half  of  the  houses  and villas. Lancashire  Double  Glazing started fabricating  and  installing  doors and windows  for  the  development back  in February  2007  as part of the staged release of completed properties onto  the market.

Lancashire Double Glazing had a team of up to eight installers working  on site supported  by Lee Plummer, trade sales and processing manager who also contract managed the project, to ensure all windows and doors were installed to the deadlines  of  the developers Kensington Developments.  

The Lytham Quays development offers spacious apartments, mews style town houses, and  luxury  detached  homes and villas on the banks of the  Ribble Estuary  in Lytham  taking  in  views of Lytham Green, the windmill, the  estuary and nature reserve.   There  are 18 six-bedroom seafront villas, 40 luxury apartments,  62 four  and five bedroom houses and 132 two and three bedroom mews dwellings.
