THE WINDOW COMPANY (CONTRACTS) has been nominated for two G-Awards, in the Installer of the Year and the Commercial Project of the Year categories.

The Chelmsford based commercial installer is hoping to make it a hat trick of Installer of the Year wins, having taken home the prize in both 2014 and 2015.

As well as undergoing yet another expansion of the facilities, the company reports a surge of business in the new build and schools sectors, a dedicated stand at the FIT Show and the award of the Kitemark for window installation.

In the Commercial Project of the Year category, the company has been recognised for its window and door replacement project at the Haberdasher’s Askes’ Foundation Hatcham College in South East London, demonstrating what can be achieved in preserving the character of a historic school with bespoke timber box sashes while maximising best value with a mix of PVC-U vertical sliders and casements.
