Staff from VERTIK-AL met with representatives from Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity to present a cheque for £13,704.75 raised by 17 employees who completed the Simplyhealth Great Birmingham Run.

The sum, including £400 in Gift Aid, was more than the team had expected (read story) and made them the biggest contributors to the total raised.

A spokesperson for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity told them: “The total for raised for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity from the Great Birmingham Run stands at £94,625, and we can’t thank you enough for everything you have done to help the 90,000 sick kids we treat at our hospital every year.”
