‘5K a day for the whole of May’

Nick Bailey, business development manager at BUSINESS MICROS is running 5K a day for the whole of May to raise money for the Hope House Children’s Hospices.

Nick is doing his bit to try to help because the charity which is supported by the industry’s own GM Fundraising, is losing out through the number of fundraising events that were cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus lockdown.

He said: “I’m using my daily exercise to do something positive and hopefully keep my fitness levels up doing lockdown.”

Nick has set himself a target of raising £500, but is hoping that many of those who would have supported the GM Fundraising’s postponed Peak, Paddle, Pedal event and 25th anniversary ball will help him raise even more.
