REHAU flush fit windows have been used to give a contemporary finish to a new luxury apartment development in South London which forms part of Brunswick Square, the centrepiece of Orpington’s town regeneration programme.
The development is being delivered by Berkeley Homes (Eastern Counties). Built on the location of the former Met Office building, the scheme includes 83 one and two-bedroom apartments each with a private terrace, winter garden or balcony.
Contractor SEH Commercial recommended Rehau’s flush fit windows with a Smooth Anthracite Grey on the exterior with white interior. In total, 192 Rehau PVC-U flush fit casement windows were fitted.
Rehau commercial manager Kevin O’Neill said: “We launched our flush fitting casement windows in 2014 to offer Rehau customers even more options for their clients when specifying PVC-U windows. With a flush fit window its possible to create very clean and contemporary lines, which works particularly well on large developments like Brunswick Square.“
Glen Swatman, Managing Director SEH Commercial, added: “When you see the transformation of a local landmark into something new it gives the whole area a new lease of life. The aesthetically pleasing development of Brunswick Square has demonstrated how we can work in partnership with a developer and deliver a first class project.”
