Clearway on the map with 59% sales increase
19th June 2012
Cheltenham based fabricator Clearway Doors and Windows Ltd has posted an impressive 59% increase in sales over the last year.
Managing Director Dean Allen elaborates on what’s behind the growth: “We’ve been through a major re-structure at Clearway, which has seen heavy investment in operations and machinery in order to improve production quality and increase capacity - this is now paying dividends.”
According to Dean, sales have been particularly strong for specialist aluminium products such as low u-value windows, tilt and turn windows and bi-folding doors.
Established for well over a quarter of a century, Clearway Doors and Windows Ltd employs over fifteen members of staff and supply a comprehensive range of aluminium and PVC-u products.
This includes windows such as standard casement, tilt and turn, and a whole range of doors and conservatories.
According to Dean, Clearway Doors and Windows Ltd has been winning an equal split of commercial and residential contracts over the last year.
“Despite the curtailing of public spending we’ve managed to win a sizable number of commercial contacts in the last twelve month. Together with steady demand for residential replacement double glazing this has helped us to achieve these impressive figures. We’re delighted with the last twelve-months and are planning for further growth over the coming year,” Dean concludes.
