As part of a policy of internationalisation, Roto Frank AG announced the takeover of Canadian company Fasco.
The manufacturer of window hardware, rotary bolts and handles for sliding doors and
windows, reportedly achieves annual sales revenues of just under 10 million Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The strategic purchase of Fasco represents a significant contribution towards the continuous further expansion of the position that the company has carved out. The company’s range is concentrated mainly on the lower, price-sensitive market segments.
Consequently, it supplements Roto’s own portfolio “ideally” and also increases the available business potential. The additional production and storage capacities have, in turn, significantly improved Roto’s ability to react to customers’ wishes in a timely manner. In future, the window and door specialist in North America will be represented by the two independent companies Roto Frank of America and Roto Fasco Canada, both of which are headed by Chris Dimou with consolidated results.
