A raft of new initiatives are in hand at Aztec Conservatory Roof Systems to enable its customers to receive, and deliver, even better customer service.
The Wirral-based company, , has completed a major facelift of both its website- www.aztecsystems.net-, and its head office, which integrate to give fabricators what Aztec believes is ‘an unrivalled support package’.
The latest developments are further enhanced by the company’s commitment to exhibit at Fit Show 2013, the UK’s first major platform specifically for fabricators and installers. Aztec will be focusing on its new, unique foiled roofs, on stand 2-246.
New sales literature has also been created, reflecting Aztec’s ethos of simplifying the complex.
The revamp of head office has been designed to further enhance customer service. Improved stock management means the company can dispatch large orders for multiple roofs and orders as small as single unit quantities within 3 days, and even overnight in exceptional circumstances.
