Purchasing assistant

Hardware distributor CARL F GROUPCO has appointed Kelly Platten to join the company’s purchasing department as Purchasing Assistant with roles including assisting in the management of £3 million worth of stock to provide a next day delivery service for customers.

Reporting to Purchasing Manager Lisa Davy, Kelly will be trained in the company’s processes including its MRP production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system. She will also use Syspro Enterprise Resource Planning software which enables the company to optimise its inventory, excel in customer service and meet stringent compliance regulations.
