New “ROTOX Sash Tandem Line” for Windoormate

Windoormate Ltd operating from South Wales and a trade manufacturer of Eurocell products has recently installed by WINMAC UK a new ROTOX EPA 472 Sash Tandem Line to help boost their production facility.

This is in addition to a range of machines recently supplied by WINMAC including a ROTOX SVK508-4K-GB Vertical Four head vertical Head Welder, a ROTOX SF256 CNC Door Router and a ROTOX EPA472 Stand alone CNC Cleaner, giving them the ability to reach their target of 1000 windows per week.

This type of Sash cleaning arrangement gives maximum output together with total flexibility. As well as being able to clean TWO sashes simultaneously, then automatically delivering the cleaned Sash or Frame to an operator, this line can also be used in “single” machine mode if required. The Windows based operating system also makes it easy for making program adjustments and additions.
