DEPOT NUMBER ELEVEN OPENS
18th September 2012

Fabricator Sun Trade Windows has announced the opening of its eleventh branch across the south of the UK in Porthcawl, South Wales. The new depot will have its official opening on October 8th but, in the weeks since the branch opened its doors to customers, it is already reporting brisk business.

Steve Graves, National Sales Manager at Sun, says: “Much like Sun itself, the Porthcawl depot is going from strength to strength. The response from customers has been fantastic and the feedback on the products and service available has been outstanding. Perhaps the most encouraging aspect is the return rates we’re already seeing from these new customers who are clearly impressed with the new branch.”

Sun Trade already has 10 depots across the south of England and Wales but continues to look for expansion opportunities in areas where it has the necessary support and distribution infrastructure in place.

Steve adds: “For us, it’s not just about increasing our branch count and bringing more and more customers on board, it’s also about being able to guarantee the levels of service in every new branch and enhancing our reputation for quality and reliability.”

Over the past year, Sun Trade has launched several new product lines in REHAU profile including dynamic new colours such as cream on white and Irish Oak on reduced lead times. It has also introduced Yale Keyfree locking systems, Door Stop composite doors and the Global heavy duty eaves beam, strengthening its claim to be the One Stop Shop for window installers.
