Free RIBA-approved CPD seminars
18th October 2016

THE VEKA UK GROUP is offering a series of free RIBA-approved CPD seminars to architects, specifiers, contractors and consultants.

Richard Garland, Head of Commercial Sales explained: “Among the topics covered in the seminars will be commonly held misconceptions surrounding PVC-U – particularly in comparison to its counterparts; timber and aluminium.

“Besides its often-overlooked design flexibility, PVC-U fenestration can hold numerous environmental benefits, such as sustainability, cost savings and CO2 emission reductions.

“As our recent #JustTheFACTS marketing campaign has highlighted, we are not in the business of embellishing ‘statistics’; largely as we don’t need to – our figures speak for themselves. By the same token, attendees can be confident that they are sharing in technical knowledge, developed over years of experience as part of the world’s leading PVC-U profile manufacturers.

“We will be conducting seminars at locations across the UK. We also welcome enquiries from representatives who wish to request a dedicated session for themselves and their team, and are happy to attend at their premises to deliver the training.

“This represents the first of several CPD offerings that The Veka UK Group will be introducing over the coming months, and we’re excited to share our knowledge, make connections throughout the industry, and continue our proactive role within the fenestration community. We look forward to meeting you at a seminar soon!”

All training is free, RIBA-approved, and, on completion, attendees will be issued with a certificate that counts towards their CPD record.
