SIDEY is now Energy Saving Trust approved and will now vary the endorsement on its Solartherm, Solartherm Plus and Smart Sash windows.

Joint managing director Steve Hardy said:. “We take great pride in how thermally efficient our windows are, and this gives customers that extra assurance that they have been checked by EST, an independent and respected organisation.

“This endorsement is the latest in a long line of accreditations and certifications that we’ve achieved here and comes on the back of becoming members of Veka’s Independent Network and having our installation service endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders.

He continued: “As well as having the most up-to-date accreditations for QMS ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and EMS ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), we are the only window and door manufacturer and installer in the world to have ISO 45001:2018 (SSIP) for Occupational Health & Safety Management.

“We’re also still the only window and door manufacturer and installer with the latest BS 8213-4:2016 standard for survey and installation, which encompasses the very latest design considerations and updated regulatory requirements including fire, thermal design and installation.”
