Summit Awards unveiled

Organiser of the GLAZING SUMMIT have announced an awards event to run alongside this year’s conference.

Andrew Scott, CEO of organisers Purplex and Insight Data, says the categories will be ‘different and complementary’ to existing awards event as the will focus on business excellence rather than sector and product expertise.

He added: “The Glazing Summit is all about raising standards and focussing on industry excellence and we’re delighted to announce the Glazing Summit Awards as an exciting addition.”

Trophy categories are planned to include Sustainability, Customer Experience, Corporate Deal and Outstanding achievement as well as Family Business, Start-up Business, Fast-Track Business and Employer and Entrepreneur of the Y.

Entries open on March 1st and close on June 30th. The Glazing Summit Awards takes place on Thursday, October 8th at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham, with the Award Ceremony at the evening Leaders Dinner.
